Role Overview

Looking for a female candidate to manage franchise relationships, gather feedback, resolve concerns and ensure partner satisfaction. You will act as a key link between franchisees and the brand to drive smooth operations and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and manage structured feedback from franchise partners
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees
• Analyse feedback and share actionable insights with management
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues
• Track concerns until closure and ensure timely communication
• Support improvements in SOPs, training, and support systems
• Drive franchise engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives
• Communicate brand updates, policies, and new launches clearly
