Assist customers with hotel reservations and holiday packages
Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions
Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and travel documentation
