Key Responsibilities

✅ Rider acquisition and fresh conversions

✅ Vendor onboarding and relationship management

✅ Lead generation from dark stores and vendors

✅ Customer follow-ups and engagement

✅ Competitor mapping and market research

✅ Daily reporting and target achievement

Daily Targets

🔹 5+ conversions/day (minimum 3 fresh)

🔹 3+ dark store visits/day

🔹 30+ leads/day

🔹 2+ new vendors onboarded/day

🔹 8+ vendor leads/day

🔹 30+ customer follow-up calls/day

Ideal Candidate

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Comfortable with field sales activities

✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented

✔ Ability to travel within assigned clusters
