Title: Field Sales Executive


Location: Gurgaon 


Job Type: Contract (For more than 1 year)

Summary:


This field sales role is pivotal in driving business growth by building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive customer engagement, daily site visits, and active presence at assigned retail locations. By organizing regular shop meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, and leveraging a strong understanding of the market, the sales representative will play a critical role in expanding market reach and enhancing brand visibility. The position requires a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.


Responsibilities:




Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Develop and nurture long-term relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other key customers.

Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Spend at least two hours daily at the assigned store to engage customers and support sales activities.

Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to drive product adoption and team alignment.

Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.

Requirements:

Valid two-wheeler is mandatory for field operations.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by performance targets.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

6 months to 12 months of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP/Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants).

Candidate must be a Graduate and should have good mathematics skills.

Berger competitor companies

Candidate should have basic knowledge about Berger Company.

Fresh graduates or professionals from insurance or banking sectors with sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
