Job SummaryAn FMCG Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, expanding market coverage, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and ensuring product availability in the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing brand visibility, and driving business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors within the assigned territory on a daily basis.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate new business by onboarding new retail outlets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at retail outlets.
• Collect orders and coordinate with the distributor for timely delivery.
• Execute merchandising activities and ensure proper product display.
• Implement promotional schemes and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and submit activity reports to the Sales Manager.
• Follow the assigned beat plan and ensure complete market coverage.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt support.
• Collect payments from customers, where applicable, and ensure timely reconciliation.
