Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, placement drives, local references, and other recruitment channels.
• Visit colleges, training institutes, and local markets to generate candidate leads.
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment records and update hiring trackers regularly.
• Support onboarding and document collection activities for selected candidates.
• Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
