Eligibility Criteria 

• Qualification: MBA, B.Tech, B.ba And B.Sc 

• Candidates must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong interest in Sales and Business Development. 

• Willingness to travel for field activities. 

• Target-oriented and eager to learn. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market activities. 

• Meet architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and prospective customers. 

• Promote and explain the company's products and solutions. 

• Identify customer requirements and convert leads into sales opportunities. 

• Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information. 

• Maintain daily reports of visits, follow-ups, and customer interactions. 

• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. 

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. 

Preferred Skills 

• Basic knowledge of MS Office. 

• Strong communication and presentation skills. 

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. 

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
