Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Logistics SaaS)

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive to drive the adoption of

BharatFleet—a revolutionary "Zero App" logistics platform. You will spend your day in the

field, meeting fleet owners and transport managers, demonstrating how our

WhatsApp-integrated solution simplifies their daily "Hisaab" and operations.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

These are the core metrics you will be measured on:

1. Market Coverage & Reach: * Achieve a minimum of 30–35 physical site visits per

week (Avg. 6 per day where there is a meaningful connect) within assigned transport

clusters.

○ Maintain a 100% "Daily Visit Report" (DVR) accuracy in our CRM.

2. Lead Qualification (BANT):

○ Successfully qualify at least 15 new leads per week using the Budget,

Authority, Need, and Timeline framework.

3. Product Demonstrations:

○ Conduct a minimum of 10 "Live Demos" per week, successfully showing the

WhatsApp-based driver tracking and data capture flow to fleet owners.

4. Sales Conversion:

○ Achieve a monthly target of minimum 4 customers onboarding and 5X of

costs

5. Retention & Handover:

○ Ensure a 80% successful post delivery ratio for converted customers. Follow

the process as set by Customer Success Team.

Detailed Responsibilities

● Territory Ownership: Map and dominate transport hubs in and around Delhi/NCR

within a territory of 400 KMs (e.g., Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Bilaspur,

Dharuhera).

● Consultative Pitching: Move beyond "features" to sell "profitability." Explain how

BharatFleet reduces manual errors and driver friction.

● Relationship Management: Build a network of "Gatekeepers" (Accountants, Yard

Managers) to get consistent access to Decision Makers.

● Urgency Creation: Use "Price Lock" campaigns and limited-time offers to close

deals effectively.

Requirements (The Essentials)

● Field Experience: Prior experience in B2B field sales is mandatory. If you’ve sold

GPS, Tyres, Insurance, or Telecom to transport companies, we want to talk to you.

● Communication: Strong command over Hindi (vernacular) and functional English

for internal reporting.

● Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.

● Tech-Comfort: Ability to quickly learn and demo SaaS products via WhatsApp and

Web Dashboards.
