Field Sales Executive

Specific Accountability & KRA

1. Give presentations to architects, builders, and developers to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
2. Generate new leads through sales calls and customer meetings.
3. Achieve sales targets and try to exceed them.
4. Understand customer requirements, share suitable offers, and give product demonstrations if needed.
5. Negotiate with customers and close sales orders.
6. Work closely with the service team to ensure good customer service.
7. Share updates about market trends, competitors, and new products.
8. Prepare monthly sales plans, forecasts, and reports.
9. Take initiatives to grow the market and increase business reach.
