About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented BDE to generate leads, acquire new customers, and drive sales growth for doors, windows, and related building products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, and references.
- Meet builders, architects, dealers, and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and promote suitable products.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; relevant sales experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
Salary: As per company norms + performance-based incentives.
