About the Role

Aapanam Global Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic Field Sales Executives to expand our dealer and retailer network for energy-efficient consumer products (BLDC Fans & Appliances). You will drive daily field visits, pitch products to trade partners, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit daily prospective retailers, dealers, and distributors to pitch products.
  • Onboard new trade accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales and collection targets.
  • Collect market feedback and track competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Must own a Bike/Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.
  • Good communication skills in local language + basic English.
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
