Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Direct Selling: Conduct in-person product demonstrations, present value propositions, and close deals.
• Relationship Management: Build productive, long-lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Territory Management: Plan daily travel routes to effectively cover assigned geographic areas and maximize market penetration.
• Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track leads using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to provide on-ground insights and adjust sales strategies
