Key Responsibilities: [1]
- Buyer Coordination: Communicating with buyers to understand, interpret, and finalize sampling requirements, tech packs, and feedback.
- Sample Development: Overseeing the creation of prototypes, including fabric development, print, embroidery, and trim sourcing.
- Pattern Coordination: Giving instructions to sample masters/tailors regarding style details, fit, and pattern adjustments based on comments.
- Quality Control: Ensuring samples meet the buyer's quality, size, and specification standards before submission.
- Timeline Management: Tracking the end-to-end sampling process to meet delivery deadlines.
- Production Handover: Delivering approved samples and technical files to production merchandisers.
