Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct performance evaluations and handle day-to-day HR activities
• Manage recruitment, joining formalities, and induction programs
• Oversee time office, attendance, payroll, and employee data management
• Prepare HR reports and handle generalist responsibilities
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific roles
• Process employee salaries, maintain payroll records, and handle PF, LWF, ESI & Bonus
• Ensure proactive approach with strong knowledge of advanced Excel and MS Word, along with good English communication
• Support HR and organizational goals by completing assigned responsibilities effectively
• Maintain HR records including new hires, transfers, terminations, role changes, salary revisions, and leave tracking (vacation, sick, personal) 

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/software systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (factory/industrial setup preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Male candidates preferred
