Facility Manager

1.Maintenance and up keepEnsure all kitchen equipment is fully functional Preventive maintenance schedule (AMC tracking).

2. Hygiene & Cleanliness: Zero downtime during operations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness of all the equipment. Pest control management.            

3. Utilities Management: Monitor electricity, water, gas usage Prevent leakage, wastage, and breakdowns.

4. Safety & Compliance: Backup systems (DG, gas bank, water storage) ready  Fire safety equipment functional and certified. Staff adherence to safety SOPs, compliance with local authorities (fire, municipal). 

5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with maintenance vendors (AC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical) Ensure timely service and cost control

6. Space & Infrastructure:  Efficient layout for smooth workflow Storage planning and space utilization Support expansion/modifications 

7. Drivers shift and Fleet management:  Shift & Attendance Control, Trip Allocation & Monitoring, Fuel & Running Cost Tracking, Vehicle Condition & Maintenance Coordination, Backup Planning
