Job Description
Concept & Strategy: Brainstorm and pitch innovative event concepts aligned with business objectives and brand identity.
Logistics & Planning: Manage all event operations including venue selection, vendor negotiation, catering, entertainment, and tech setup.
Budgeting: Create, track, and manage event budgets, ensuring maximum ROI without compromising on quality.
On-Site Execution: Oversee event setup, coordinate timelines, manage on-site staff, and quickly resolve any issues that arise on the day of the event.
Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback, analyze key metrics (attendance, engagement, budget variance), and present wrap-up reports.
