Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with vendors for product procurement.
• Create, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs).
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan stock replenishment.
• Maintain vendor records, invoices, and PO documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams.
• Ensure product availability across e-commerce platforms.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Procurement, or Vendor Management.
• Good knowledge of PO management and inventory control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
