Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces
  • Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing and inventory
  • Monitor sales, revenue, margins and marketplace performance
  • Analyse marketplace reports and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage Buy Box, pricing, promotions and product visibility
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and internal teams for smooth order processing
  • Monitor account health, returns, cancellations and customer-related issues
  • Work on product SEO, keywords, titles, bullet points and listing optimisation
  • Track competitor pricing and marketplace trends
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, sales and profitability
