E-Commerce Executive

Manage day-to-day operations across Flipkart, Meesho, India mart and other relevant marketplaces.

Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, keywords, and product attributes.

Monitor and manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and replacements.

Coordinate with warehouse/operations teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, and product catalogues across marketplaces.

Track marketplace sales, orders, revenue, returns, and other key performance metrics.

Coordinate with marketplace support teams for account, listing, order, payment, and operational issues.

Assist in maintaining marketplace account health and resolving listing or compliance-related issues.

Monitor competitor listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Support promotional campaigns, offers, discounts, and other marketplace activities.

Ensure product information, pricing, stock, and other marketplace data remain accurate and up to date.
