Job Description
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit,Swiggy Instamart, JioMart, and other online platforms.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and attributes are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with category managers and marketplace support teams for new listings, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all marketplaces.
- Update pricing, discounts, promotional offers, and product information as required.
- Identify and resolve catalog errors, listing suppression issues, and product content discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track marketplace performance and prepare basic reports on sales, inventory, and listing health.
- Assist in launching new products across all online sales channels.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
