We are looking for a smart, creative, and experienced professional who can manage complete real estate marketing activities, including SEO, social media marketing, video editing, creative designing, and sales support marketing.

The candidate should be capable of handling digital branding, lead generation campaigns, promotional content, and marketing coordination for real estate projects.

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (JR)

📈 Digital Marketing & SEO

• Handle website SEO and Google ranking
• Manage online lead generation campaigns
• Optimize website content and keywords
• Work on Google Ads, Meta Ads & online promotions

🎥 Video Editing & Content Creation

• Create and edit professional real estate videos
• Make reels, promotional videos, walkthroughs & property ads
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
• Handle video shoots and property presentation content

🎨 Creative Designing

• Design marketing creatives, banners, brochures & social media posts
• Create WhatsApp marketing creatives and promotional materials
• Manage branding and marketing presentation designs

📲 Social Media Management

• Handle company social media pages
• Increase engagement and online presence
• Plan daily posting strategy and promotional campaigns

🤝 Sales & Marketing Support

• Coordinate with the sales team for marketing requirements
• Create marketing material for projects and events
• Support lead generation and campaign execution

👨‍💻 REQUIRED SKILLS

✔ SEO Knowledge

✔ Video Editing Skills

✔ Graphic Designing Knowledge

✔ Social Media Handling

✔ Meta Ads / Google Ads Knowledge

✔ Creative Thinking & Communication Skills

🎓 EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 3 Years of Experience Preferred
