Job Description

A Digital Marketing Manager develops, implements, and optimizes online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate sales leads. They lead cross-functional teams, allocate budgets, and measure the return on investment (ROI) across various digital channels.



Core Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns encompassing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Data & Analytics: Measure, track, and report on the performance of all campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor internal marketing teams (e.g., content creators, SEO specialists) and collaborate with external agencies.
  • Content & Website Management: Ensure the company’s digital footprint—including landing pages and social platforms—is highly engaging and optimized for the user experience (UX).
  • Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of digital marketing spend and ensure financial resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on emerging digital trends, consumer behaviors, and market changes to identify new growth opportunities.


Key Performance Metrics (KPIs)


Digital Marketing Managers heavily rely on analytics tools to evaluate their efforts. Common metrics tracked include:


  • Traffic & Acquisition: Organic/Paid Traffic, Bounce Rate, and Cost Per Click (CPC).
  • Conversion & ROI: Conversion Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Engagement: Click-Through Rate (CTR), Social Media Engagement Rates, and Email Open/Unsubscribe Rates.



Essential Skills
