Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to ensure timely and safe delivery of orders to customers. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering orders accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders safely and on schedule.
• Verify delivery details and ensure accurate order handling.
• Collect cash or digital payments, if required.
• Maintain delivery records and submit proof of delivery.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
• Valid driving license (for two-wheeler/four-wheeler as applicable).
• Own vehicle preferred (if required by the company).
• Basic knowledge of smartphone apps and GPS navigation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
