Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Work with the CRM system B24 (Bitrix24): analyze data, maintain and improve reporting
• Build and optimize dashboards and reports (sales, funnels, customer behavior)
• Analyze sales funnels and conversion rates, identify drop-off points
• Detect bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and customer journey
• Support business teams with data-driven analysis and regular reporting

Requirements:

• Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Bitrix24 / B24)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets
• Experience in building reports, dashboards, and funnels
• Understanding of key business metrics (conversion, retention, LTV, etc.)
• Ability to translate data into clear insights

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills
