Role: Customer Support Executive
Department: Customer Service / BPO
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries, complaints, and service requests via calls, emails, or chat.
- Provide information about Livpure products, installations, AMC, and service processes.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer interaction records in CRM/software systems.
- Follow up with customers for closure and feedback.
- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support/customer service preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 CTC (depending on experience)
