emails.

 Managed data in Excel and prepared daily MIS reports for team and management

 review.

 Coordinated with sales, operations, technical teams and service providers & banks for quick

issue resolution.

 Monitored disputed/pending transactions, escalations, and pending cases to ensure smooth

processing.

 Support query handling over Emails & Chats
