Position Overview

Gurugram is hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the E-Commerce Blended Customer Service Process. The role involves handling customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, and chat.

* Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, exchanges, and account-related concerns.

* Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.

* Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

* Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.

* Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow company processes.

Eligibility Criteria

* Education: Graduate / Undergraduate

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or E-Commerce( in international bpo)

* Communication Skills: B2+ English communication skills (verbal and written)

* Preferred Skills: Customer handling, problem-solving, active listening, and multitasking abilities

Compensation & Benefits

* CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month

* In-Hand Salary: Attractive salary package based on experience and performance

* Working Days: 5 days a week

* Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM shift window)

* Transport: Self-travel
