Role:

Handle tenants queries, manage bookings, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to tenants inquiries (call, WhatsApp, email)
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications
• Coordinate with on-ground teams
• Resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain booking and occupancy records

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-focused attitude
• 1–3 years experience preferred
• Problem solving attitude
• Good listener
