Job Description
Customer Care Executive (Inbound & Outbound) – Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats.
Assist customers with policy, payment, and service-related concerns.
Resolve complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Update customer records in CRM systems.
Achieve quality and productivity targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Graduate/Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.
Experience in Customer Support, BPO, Insurance, or BFSI is preferred.
