Job Description

⚠️ Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel/OTA/Airline Refund Process

• Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS

• Experience handling ticket cancellations, reissues, and refunds

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced email support environment

❌ Not Eligible:

• Freshers

• Candidates from Technical Support, IT Support, Software Development, Network Support, or Engineering backgrounds

• Candidates without Amadeus experience

• Voice-only customer support profiles without travel refund experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Process airline ticket refunds and cancellations

• Handle customer queries through email

• Calculate and process refunds as per airline policies

• Coordinate with airlines and internal stakeholders

• Ensure accuracy and SLA compliance
