Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Patient Relationship Officer (Customer Support)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 CTC

Location: Gurgaon

Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Week Off)

Shift Timings: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients/customers.

Provide information about doctor schedules and hospital services.

Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments through the web portal.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM.

Respond to customer queries in the prescribed format.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Soft-spoken with strong customer service orientation.

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain quality and accuracy while handling calls.

Eligibility:

Any Graduate (Science graduates preferred).

3–6 months of calling/customer support experience.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts and week-offs.
