Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints through inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, or other support channels.
  • Assist customers with order-related issues, including delayed orders, cancellations, missing items, incorrect orders, and delivery concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding refunds, payments, promotional offers, and order status.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners, restaurant partners, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate information about orders, policies, payment methods, refunds, and service-related queries.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-friendly approach while handling difficult or dissatisfied customers.
