Customer Support Executive

Job Title: Customer Success Associate – International Process Work Mode: Work from Office

Location: Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana – 122001

About the Role: We are hiring Customer Success Associates for an International Voice Process. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English with a neutral accent and should be able to handle global customers effectively.

1. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide customer assistance and issue resolution through calls and emails.
2. Handle customer queries efficiently and ensure end-to-end resolution.
3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with internal teams for quick and effective problem-solving.
5. Maintain high-quality service standards and adhere to process SLAs.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to overall team goals.

• Required Skills: Excellent English communication skills (C1 Level) – both written and verbal.
• No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Prior international voice experience (Healthcare process preferred).
• Qualification & Experience: Undergraduate/Graduate (Any Stream)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process
• Other Details: Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month
• Shifts: Rotational (for both male & female)
• Cab Facility: Yes (both sides)
• Interview Rounds: HR Round → Operations Round → Client Round
