Customer Service Executive

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements while delivering exceptional service.

The role involves handling customer interactions through calls, resolving queries, promoting products/services, generating sales opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Promote products and services to prospective customers.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales (where applicable).

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
• Eligibility Graduate (As per Process)
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment (Sales Processes).
