Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive and driven Pre-Sales Qualification Executives to manage incoming and

outgoing calls, qualify leads, and provide exceptional customer service. This role is suitable for both

freshers and experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused

mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification & Communication:

● Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads based on set criteria.

● Engage potential clients by understanding their requirements and offering relevant solutions.

● Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions.

2. Data Management & Reporting:

● Update client details and interaction history in the CRM system accurately.

● Prepare daily and weekly lead management reports.

● Ensure timely follow-up on missed call tickets and chat inquiries.

3. Client Support & Engagement:

● Address customer inquiries with a courteous and problem-solving approach.

● Provide essential product/service details to leads.

● Route complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

4. Collaboration & Process Improvement:

● Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead qualification processes.

● Suggest process enhancements to boost team efficiency and client experience.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

● Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in customer service, telemarketing, call centers, BPO, or

related fields. Freshers with a strong interest in customer communication are encouraged to

apply.


● Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written

communication.

● Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and live chat tools.

● Interpersonal Skills: Active listening, patience, empathy, and customer-focused mindset.

● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Prior experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service roles.

● Exposure to handling high-volume customer interactions.
