Job Description: Senior CRM Executive(Real Estate)

Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Executive to lead customer relationship management, investor communication, payment follow-ups, documentation coordination, CRM data accuracy, and post-sales support for real estate clients.


Key Responsibilities :-


  • Manage and supervise the CRM team for daily customer follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely communication with customers and investors through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Monitor payment reminders, documentation follow-ups, and customer service updates.
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, follow-up discipline, and reporting hygiene.
  • Coordinate with sales, documentation, accounts, and operations teams.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Track team performance, follow-up status, pending cases, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare CRM reports for management review.
  • Improve CRM processes to ensure smooth post-sales service.
  • Ensure no customer follow-up, payment update, or documentation case is missed.


Required Skills:-


  • Strong CRM and customer relationship management experience
  • Team handling and leadership skills
  • Real estate post-sales coordination experience
  • Excellent Hindi and English communication
  • Strong follow-up and escalation management
  • CRM software knowledge
  • Excel and reporting skills
  • Payment and documentation coordination experience
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented approach
  • PreferredPrior experience as CRM in real estate
  • Experience with TeleCRM, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple customer cases and team performance
  • Strong understanding of real estate customer lifecycle
