Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Executive to lead customer relationship management, investor communication, payment follow-ups, documentation coordination, CRM data accuracy, and post-sales support for real estate clients.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Manage and supervise the CRM team for daily customer follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication with customers and investors through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Monitor payment reminders, documentation follow-ups, and customer service updates.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy, follow-up discipline, and reporting hygiene.
- Coordinate with sales, documentation, accounts, and operations teams.
- Handle escalated customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Track team performance, follow-up status, pending cases, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare CRM reports for management review.
- Improve CRM processes to ensure smooth post-sales service.
- Ensure no customer follow-up, payment update, or documentation case is missed.
Required Skills:-
- Strong CRM and customer relationship management experience
- Team handling and leadership skills
- Real estate post-sales coordination experience
- Excellent Hindi and English communication
- Strong follow-up and escalation management
- CRM software knowledge
- Excel and reporting skills
- Payment and documentation coordination experience
- Process-driven and detail-oriented approach
- PreferredPrior experience as CRM in real estate
- Experience with TeleCRM, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple customer cases and team performance
- Strong understanding of real estate customer lifecycle
Candidate ProfileThe candidate should be professional, responsible, disciplined, target-driven, good at team coordination, and capable of maintaining customer trust while ensuring smooth CRM operations.
