Job Description
🔥 *Hiring: Travel Operations Specialist*
📍 *Location:* Gurgaon (WFO)
✈️ *GDS:* Amadeus (Mandatory) | Galileo (Preferred)
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Airline Ticketing, Reissuance, Revalidation & Refunds on GDS
- Handling Exchanges, Cancellations, Amendments (Domestic & International)
- PNR Management & Itinerary Modifications
- Fare Rules, Tax Calculation, Refund Calculation
- BSP/ARC, ADM/ACM & RA Process
- Managing Voluntary/Involuntary Changes, Schedule Changes & IRROPS
- EMD & NDC/LCC handling via SPRK & Travel Fusion
*Requirements:*
- Min 6 Months Exp in Air Fulfillment / Ticketing
- Strong knowledge of Fare Rules, BSP/ARC, PNR
- Good English Communication (Versant 4+ Preferred)
- Typing Speed 30 WPM with 85% Accuracy
