Customar Service Associate

Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate acts as the primary link between the company and its customers, retailers, or distributors. You will handle inquiries, resolve order issues, and ensure smooth product delivery for everyday food and consumer goods.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management: Process incoming orders from retail stores, distributors, or direct consumers.Issue Resolution: Handle complaints regarding damaged goods, expired products, or delivery delays.Product Knowledge: Answer questions about food ingredients, allergens, shelf life, and packaging.Logistics Coordination: Work with warehouse and delivery teams to track shipments and verify stock.Returns & Refunds: Process product returns, credit notes, and refunds according to company policy.Data Entry: Update customer profiles, order status, and interaction logs in the CRM system.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, ideally within food, retail, or manufacturing sectors.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite, professional tone.Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ERP/CRM software (like SAP, Salesforce, or Oracle) and MS Excel
