Counter Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers visiting the store or sales counter
• .Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter area is clean and organized.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
• Keep track of inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability
• Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th grade pass.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service.
