Job Description
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
- Handle mise en place, sauces, soups, grills, pasta, and main course preparations.
- Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages.
- Minimize wastage and follow kitchen SOPs.
- Support banquet, catering, and live event operations as required.
