Job Description
- Food PreparationPrepare burger ingredients as per SOPs
- Portion sauces, vegetables, patties, and toppings correctly
- Follow recipe standards and kitchen instructions
- Burger AssemblyAssemble burgers accurately during rush hours
- Maintain consistency in presentation and taste
- Ensure correct order packing before dispatch
- Frying & CookingOperate fryer, grill, and kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain correct cooking times and temperatures
- Ensure food quality and freshness
- Kitchen HygieneMaintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen area
- Follow daily cleaning checklist
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and products
