Commis (Commi 1 / 2 / 3)

• Assist in preparation of basic bakery items, mise en place, and ingredient weighing
• Follow recipes and instructions exactly as provided by seniors
• Handle basic doughs, batters, and fillings under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment
• Support senior commis during bulk production
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist in cleaning schedules and closing/opening duties
• Skills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of bakery ingredients
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Basic hygiene and food safety awareness

Handle specialized bakery sections (artisan bread, laminated doughs, cakes, desserts)

Execute bulk production planning and execution

Ensure compliance with standardized recipes and SOPs

Monitor oven performance, fermentation, and finishing

Supervise and train Commis II & III staff

Conduct quality checks and corrective actions

Assist CDP in inventory control and daily requisitions

Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and audit standards
