job SummaryThe Commis III is responsible for preparing and serving café food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve menu items such as pasta, burgers, pizzas, sandwiches, snacks, hot & cold coffee, shakes, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
• Ensure timely food preparation and order execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the food counter, kitchen, equipment, and work area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
• Support smooth day-to-day café operations and provide a great guest experience.
• EligibilityEducation: 10th/12th Pass or Hotel Management/Culinary qualification preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in a café, QSR, restaurant, or food outlet. Freshers with relevant skills are welcome.
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of food preparation and coffee making.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
