Collection Executive / Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION: COLLECTION EXECUTIVE Location: Gurugram Department: Collections

1. POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Collection Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing outbound communication with customers to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding payments. As the face of our recovery operations, you will balance professional negotiation with high-performance target achievement.

2. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS    Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 NTH per month (Based on experience). Incentives: Performance-based recovery bonuses. Growth: Opportunity to work within an AI-driven FinTech environment.

3. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES        Outbound Operations: Conduct outbound calls to customers for overdue payment collection. Follow-up Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure high recovery rates. Customer Education: Clearly explain payment dues, breakdown of charges, and available settlement options. System Updates: Log all call details and update collection statuses accurately in the CRM/System. Target Delivery: Consistently achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by management. Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related disputes professionally. Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and strictly follow company/legal compliance guidelines.

4. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS   Experience: Minimum 1 year in Collections, Telecalling, or Debt Recovery. Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation is preferred. 5. ABOUT
