About the Role

We're looking for a Client Order & Menu Coordination Executive to manage client orders for our home-delivered platted food service and catering business. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients placing orders, handling all communication over calls and WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process client orders via phone calls and WhatsApp for platted food home delivery and catering services. Share and explain menu options, pricing, and customization details to clients. Confirm order details — quantity, menu items, delivery address, timing — accurately before passing to kitchen/operations. Coordinate with kitchen and delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of confirmed orders. Send order confirmations, delivery updates, and follow-ups to clients via WhatsApp. Maintain a daily order log/tracker for all home delivery and catering orders. Handle client queries, special requests, and last-minute changes professionally. Collect feedback post-delivery and flag recurring issues to management
