Job Description
Food Preparation & Cooking: Master the wok station. Prepare a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, appetizers, dim sums, stir-fries, and main courses according to established recipes.
Mise en Place: Oversee daily prep work, including chopping, marinating meats, and preparing signature sauces from scratch.
Event Catering Execution: Maintain high speed and precision during live catering events, ensuring consistent food quality and beautiful presentation under pressure.
Inventory & Portion Control: Manage inventory for the Asian section, minimize food wastage, and ensure strict portion control.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain top-tier cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at the station in compliance with health regulation
