Catalog Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalog Executive to manage product listings, product information, images, specifications, and online catalogs across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and attractive product presentations that support sales and marketing activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain product catalogs on company websites, marketplaces, and customer portals.
• Upload and update product images, dimensions, specifications, pricing, and descriptions.
• Coordinate with photography, design, merchandising, and sales teams for catalog content.
• Ensure product data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Organize and maintain digital product libraries, images, and documents.
• Prepare product presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Monitor catalog quality and identify missing or incorrect information.
• Manage bulk product uploads using Excel and platform tools.
• Support customers and sales teams with product information requests.
• Generate periodic reports on catalog updates and product status.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of product listing and catalog management.
• Good written English skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage large volumes of product information.
• Familiarity with image handling and basic editing tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience with Amazon, Etsy, IndiaMART, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of furniture, home décor, handicrafts, or consumer products is an advantage.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or AI-based content tools is preferred
