Business Development & Sales Executive

About the Role

You will work directly with the founder/senior BD lead on ground-level landlord acquisition in Gurgaon. This is not a desk job. You will accompany client meetings, learn consultative sales in real estate, and take on independent responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.

What You'll Do

• Accompany and actively participate in field meetings with landlords and property owners across Gurgaon
• Assist in pitching, objection handling, and closing onboarding conversations
• Maintain a structured pipeline — leads, meeting notes, follow-up status
• Conduct locality-level research (rental rates, vacancy patterns, competition) before meetings
• Build relationships with local property dealers and housing societies as warm referral sources
• Gradually own end-to-end meetings independently (assumption: this is the growth path you intend)

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years experience in field sales, real estate broking, channel sales, or similar client-facing roles (assumption: you want someone trainable, not experienced and expensive)
• Comfortable spending 70–80% of workday on field, including travel across Gurgaon micro-markets
• Strong spoken Hindi is mandatory; English is a plus, not a filter
• Owns a two-wheeler or is willing to commute independently
• Hunger to learn; coachable above everything else

What This Is Not

• A telecalling or lead generation role
• A fixed-schedule office job
