This is a pure field sales role where you own the full sales cycle—from cold visit to closure. Youwill own a defined territory and be responsible for driving conversions within that area. You will be responsible for selling directly to small and mid-sized businesses likeRestaurants,Gyms, Salons, Hotels , Service Apartments etc. you build a long-term relationship with every customer through our subscriptionmodel ,giving you unique perspectives on how customers engage with new brands / products /business models Key Reponsibilities Undertake cold visits on the field, to educate potential customers in the B2B segment, and generate 7-10 leads everyday Ensure sales KPIs are met regularly Build and maintain relationships with potential and onboarded customers, and be their guidefor accessing the best cooling solutions Understand feedback from customers consistently and provide input to internal teams toimprove our product / process /services

Who Should Apply


3–6 years of field sales experience (preferred) Strong communication (English + Hindi; Marathi optional for Mumbai)

Comfortable with on-ground selling and daily targets
