Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Gurgaon
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell IT services including software development, web & mobile app development, digital marketing, IT consulting, and staff augmentation
- Generate leads, handle client meetings, presentations, and close deals
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams for requirement understanding
Requirements
- Candidate must be from an IT background
- Only experienced both can apply
- Should have experience in client handling & Lead generation
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with client interaction
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentive
